Shipping Rates

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING TO USA 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES (includes D.C.) FOR MOST ITEMS. LARGER ITEMS WILL BE ASSESSED A SHIPPING SURCHARGE BASED ON MANUFACTURER CHARGES. CUSTOMER WILL BE ADVISED PRIOR TO PROCESSING ORDER.  THESE CHARGES CAN RANGE FROM $35-$75 DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ITEM.

*Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is a flat rate of $19.00 FOR MOST ITEMS. ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE CAN ALSO APPLY.

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions or the buyer will be notified. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.  Exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided for package(s) at the time of shipment, via email, with shipment confirmation.

If you do not receive your package, and the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please contact the delivery company. If the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please email contactus@littletoyboutique.com for further assistance.
